Fulton County Jury Trial Court

Fulton State Court is the Sole Jury Trial Court for Fourteen Municipal Courts

Any citizen who is originally charged with a misdemeanor criminal case that originates in (an arrest is made in) any municipality within Fulton County(Atlanta Municipal Court, Roswell Municipal Court,  Johns Creek Municipal Court,  Alpharetta Municipal Court,  Sandy Springs Municipal Court,  Milton Municipal Court,  Union City Municipal Court,  Hapeville Municipal Court, College Park Municipal Court, East Point Municipal Court, Hapeville Municipal Court, Fairburn Municipal Court, Mountain Park Municipal Court, Palmetto Municipal Court).

You will have the choice to “bind over” (transfer) the case to Fulton County State Court in order to receive a trial by jury.  See the next advisement before binding over any cases from Municipal Court.
